Located on the scenic Hudson River, the Golf Club hosts a state of the art automated tee up driving range, teaching academy, and brand new restaurant: the Water Hazard. The Water Hazard seeks part-time & full-time experienced runners and barbacks to join our team. Employees have the opportunity to become full-time with benefits.ResponsibilitiesAssist bartender mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards following recipes, and using jiggers for accurate pours.Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed.Assist in the kitchen by expediting, keeping inventory stocked, and using the washing machine.Additional duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be fully vaccinated for COVID-19Two years of barback/runner or relevant experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.Looking for open availability and able to work on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.Excellent oral communication skills.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work well as a teammate in a high volume, fast-paced, positive working environment.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or more.Ability to be on your feet for multiple hours.
