These terms of use constitute a binding legal agreement and govern the use of the ITJobsList.com website. Please read them carefully!

  • All Users

    Whether you are a Job Seeker, Employer, or just passing through, we expect you to abide by a high standard of professional and acceptable behavior. You must also comply with applicable law, including local, state, and federal employment and discrimination laws.

  • Job Seekers

    Job Seekers agree to use all resources on the ITJobsList Site solely for personal, individual non-commercial use and agree not to share, sell, distribute or disclose to any third party or on any other website any ITJobsList content, which includes job listings.

  • Employers

    Employers interested in and submitting a request to use the ITJobsList service will be invited to do so at the sole discretion of ITJobsList Employers must be legitimate, clearly presented, and in good-standing (such as with the BBB). An Employer that does not satisfy our guidelines, particularly if there is questionable or scam-related behavior, will not be invited. ITJobsList retains the right in its sole discretion to revoke an Employer’s access at any time for the reasons stated here and elsewhere in these Terms Employers are explicitly prohibited from soliciting potentially invasive personal or financial information from candidates in the database as part of the job application/advertisement process, such as social security, credit card, or bank account numbers. Business opportunities, including any job requiring an investment to get started, are not permitted on ITJobsList

    ITJobsList reserves the right to discontinue any accounts that violate (either overtly or even just the intentions of) our policies or terms of use, misuse our service in any way, and/or are not in keeping with the mission of our service -- solely at our discretion.

RIGHTS YOU GRANT TO ITJobsList

Distributing Content You Produce.
You agree that, by providing information to ITJobsList, you hereby grant to us a fully paid up, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited and assignable license to use any and all information as We see fit. ITJobsList may modify, display, distribute and create new material using such content and source information as We see fit in our discretion. By submitting content, you agree that the owner of such content has expressly agreed that, without any particular time limit and without the payment of any fees, may reproduce, display, utilize and distribute the content You may not submit materials that have been trademarked or copyrighted by anyone other than yourself. We may engage third parties to perform analysis or data processing of our databases that involves access to this information in order to better provide You with the services for which you joined (in which case we will take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that such parties keep the information confidential.
Account Access
In order to ensure that ITJobsList is able to provide high-quality services that are responsive to the user’s needs, you agree that all ITJobsList employees and personnel have access to your account and records.
Merger or Acquisition
In order to ensure a smooth transition of services relative to your subscription, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, or the sale of an individual website owned by ITJobsList, ITJobsList may transfer your information, including personally identifiable information, to a third party as a part of such merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of ITJobsList at any level. ITJobsList reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from ITJobsList and immediate termination of your registration or ability to access ITJobsList, any other ITJobsList Sites, and/or any other services provided by ITJobsList, upon any breach by you of these Terms or if ITJobsList is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to ITJobsList or pursuant to other ITJobsList Site registration. Even after you are no longer a User of ITJobsList, certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ITJobsList and is accepted by you upon your use of ITJobsList.
