Our users share their professional identities, engage and share with Employers, view and post relevant content, learn and search for career opportunities. Content and data on some of our services are viewable to non-Subscribers (“Visitors”).
We help Job Seekers find job listings, content, and resources for remote, full-time, part-time, freelance, flexible, or alternative jobs, as well as to help Employers find qualified candidates for recruiting and human resources needs. Our aim to protect your personal information and to be transparent about the data we collect about you, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

We collect information when you visit our Website and/or provide feedback to us, request information, respond to our questions/surveys, or enter our contests.
The personal data we collect and process may include your IP address, first and last name, geo-location, including your postal and email addresses, your telephone number, your job title, your areas of interest, reasons for your interest in our services, as well as information as to the type of relationship that exists between us. If you provide us with your social media details, we may retrieve publicly available information about you from social media.
