The Employee Benefits Account Manager (AM) works with the Producer or Account Executive (AE) to implement a client's employee benefits. The AM is responsible for day-to-day client management and support. Responsibilities include preparing communication materials, conducting open enrollment meetings, collecting and preparing compliance.
