Responsible for managing Online Banking Services for the bank and the Treasury Management staff.
Oversee product testing and deployment for Treasury Management, Online Banking services and functions including allocation of hourly employee resources to meet deadlines and rollout targets.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Develop, communicate and implement all aspects of documentation for processes and policies around the day-to-day functions of the department.
Produce timely reports as required by bank policies, to include: product use numbers, customer growth trends for services, and support staff metrics.
Monitor online banking operational systems functionality; identify outages and aggressively seek resolution.
Primary point of escalation for issues that involve TM or Online Banking, both internal and external (vendors).
Involved with the creation and monitoring of internal ticket issuing and tracking system as well as growth of “Knowledge Base” for support use.
Use insight into the creation of customer user guides and documentation.
Oversee the monthly processing of Commercial Analysis Statements.
Assist Head of the Department in evaluating potential product rollouts, including impact on support staff and systems.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.Necessary Skills and Attributes
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years of prior Treasury Management, IT Support, or related field experience.
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Sound judgment and solid problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
