Tower Technician/Climber (Entry Level-Foreman)

Description

Openings currently available for Foreman, Tower Tech 1, 2, and 3 in the Minneapolis Market.

Experience with T-Mobile troubleshooting is preferred, but willing to train. The Tower Technician/Climber is expected to test, analyze, and troubleshoot problems within the wireless network.

All work is within the Minneapolis Market and crew members are home most evenings. Company will provide housing accommodations for any assignments that require an overnight stay. You will be on call Monday-Friday with a maximum of 10-hour workday. We look forward to hearing from you!

Job Related Certifications:

• OSHA 10 and/or 30
• Competent Climber
• Competent Rescue
• First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens
• Radio Frequency Awareness (RF)

• NFPA-70e

Basic Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• High School Diploma
• Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Demonstrated willingness to learn
• Physical ability and the willingness to climb towers in excess of 300 feet
• Physical ability to lift 50 + lbs. and be comfortable working in an outdoor environment in all types of weather
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers.
• Ability to obtain applicable tower climbing certifications
• Good analytical and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180.00 - $350.00 per day
