The Music Program at Plymouth State University invites candidates to apply for the a non-tenure track, full time, benefited Teaching Faculty position as Coordinator of Piano and Collaborative Piano beginning August, 2019. The teaching load is 30 to 32 credit hours per year. This is a 9-month, benefitted, non-tenure track position, renewable annually based on performance and need, promotion eligible. The candidate will also be expected to advise undergraduate students and provide service to the university.
Part of the Fine and Performing Arts Academic Unit at Plymouth State, the Music Program offers the BS degree in Music Education and BA degree in Music, as well as participating in the delivery of the BA Theatre Arts degree in Music Theatre Performance. The Program also offers a minor in Music, as well as coursework that can be applied toward Interdisciplinary Studies majors. In addition to its academic degrees, the Program sponsors several groups that provide students from across campus with opportunities to perform.Additional Job Information
