Support the overall rental effort by promptly answering all inquiries, checking for availability and referring calls to the appropriate individuals, i.e. Sales Coordinators, Special Event Managers. etc. When necessary, support wedding sales and group coordinators with more in-depth communication and/or ‘closing’ of sale. Schedule and coordinate Bridal room rentals and respond to small weddings and proposal inquiries. Schedule all tea and brunch reservations and communicate reservations to restaurants daily. Must be familiar with all facets/venues of the Sales and Special Events Department. Distribute information and handle paperwork as requested.
