As an on site pool manager, your primary responsibility is to supervise a staff of between two and 10 lifeguards while maintaining a safe swimming environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool and surrounding area.
In addition to rule enforcement and staff supervision, a pool manager may be responsible for chemical maintenance and record-keeping; mechanical trouble shooting; staff evaluations; customer service and assisting the staffing department with guard placement. A pool manager reports directly to the Supervisor or Regional Manager of the pool as well as to the Staffing Department.Pool manager requirements
