Help us grow the best-tasting berries in the world! We are seeking Packaging Associates to join the team at Oishii! As an associate in our packaging operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver the highest possible quality product to our customers. You will work in a state-of-the-art packaging environment alongside a diverse team of people that take great pride in our strawberries. As a Packaging Associate you will: Sort and package the strawberries into appropriate container, ensuring that each berry meets our rigid standards of quality and that each package shipped out will delight our customers Conduct sanitization and hygiene management essential to keep the packaging operation clean Adhering to all food safety standards Engage in data entry to track the product in and out of inventory Work alongside your team to make sure the product is shipped on time Your work will ensure that Oishii can continue to delight the strawberry-lovers we serve today. Additional details: Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with growth opportunities, Overtime available Benefits: Medical HRA, PTO, 401(K), Professional Development, Team Appreciation events Shifts: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Sunday- Sunday, 5 days a week, must be able to work Saturday or Sunday Location: On-site at our company in Jersey City, New Jersey Immediate start! Paid training! You will be a great Packaging Associate if: You're a meticulous, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude - everyone at Oishii is a joy to work with! You ideally have worked in a commercial kitchen or commercial packaging operation and/or you have a keen eye for quality and good attention to detail. Food Safety certification preferred You have good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance You're ideally able to work at least 5 days a week, with flexible scheduling available between weekdays and weekends.
