Residential Care Management is looking for an office manager to help us run our growing business. We are looking for a responsible person that is able to work independently at our home office in Plymouth, MN. Responsibilities would include answering phone calls and routing the calls to the correct houses or people. This candidate would also be expected to assist with filing paperwork, scanning and sorting electronic documents, new associate on-boarding paperwork and other day to day tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS: · Experience as an office manager preferred, but not required.
OTHER SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: This position required the incumbent to have:-Possess a sensitivity and aptitude for working with residents.
-Possess skills to be organized, driven and independent-Possess skills to personal customer service and communicate effectively with clients, family members and outside customers.
