As a Safety Compliance Supervisor, you will coach and mentor our safety compliance staff in conducting workplace inspections and ensuring hazards are corrected before workers get hurt. We need someone with the ability to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team by proactively managing expectations, strengths and needs of your team. You will also review and correct written reports and proposed penalties for technical accuracy and legal sufficiency.
