Position Summary *
IT Specialist is responsible for performing multiple duties related to the IT Support functions of the organization.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, active directory, email or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Primary responsibilities * Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, email and printer problems * Ability to complete basic tasks such as: password reset, user account creation, installing software applications. * Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. * Install computer peripherals for users. * Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. * Write training manuals.
