Provide technical support to end users, aid in the administration of the Local Area Network and assist with the general operations of the IT Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE OF: Windows Operating System, TCP/IP, Internet, Microsoft Office, and Networking desired.
ABILITY TO: speak respectfully and professionally and in terms that both novice and experienced computer users can understand, work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision, travel to multiple sites.
SKILLS: Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds (on wheels). Must be able to speak clearly in order to communicate information to End Users and Staff. Must be able to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in person. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for RJ45 pin-outs, computer screens, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be comfortable in tight or confined crawl spaces.
The noise level in the work environment is usually average.
