IT Specialists (INFOSEC) are a mission critical occupation for HRSA. These positions are responsible for the analysis of system and/or security requirements, the development and implementation of mission critical applications for the agency s Information Technology operations.
This position is involved in the analysis of system and/or security requirements, the development and implementation of mission critical applications for the agency s Information Technology operations.
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) IT Specialist, you serve as the principal advisor to HRSA s Chief Information Officer and other senior executives on all substantive matters pertaining to HRSA information technology operations and security services.

DATA GATHERING AND ANALYSIS - Seeks or collects and synthesizes information from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective, unbiased manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment, and to enable strategic and leadership decision making.
