Job Description

EAG is looking for a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Application team. The ideal candidate will manage one or more simultaneous projects using agile methodologies. Lead and facilitate planning and implementation of project deliverables as required to ensure project success. Responsible for all aspects of project management, analysis, project documentation, project delivery validation (QA/UAT), and implementation. Gather, articulate, and represent project requirements for our team. Generate key project deliverables and facilitate their review. Maintain centralized repositories of critical project documents for easy access and communication for all parties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level projects.
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple job levels to achieve results.
• Outstanding time management and organization skills.
• Great team player with positive attitude.
• Strong technical aptitude, fast learner, and effective problem solver.
• Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint/JIRA/HTML skills.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including Agile development, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
