We are looking for an Information Technology Coordinator to join the Byline Bank Technology Services Team and perform a wide variety of administrative and low level technical tasks. This critical role provides the necessary daily support related to IT purchasing and receiving functions, operational tasks, system reporting and vendor management.
In this position you will be responsible for working with senior IT management or designees to complete various unrelated tasks but not limited to AP invoicing reviews, internal customer service, vendor management items, metrics reporting, drafting memo’s, documenting meeting minutes, reviewing support documentation or procedures, procuring IT supplies, updating hardware asset management, coordinating IT contractors and equipment moves, working with facilities, occasional travel to local sites.
The Information Technology Coordinator may also participate in some aspects of technical and non-technical training. This position might require work outside of regular business hours for example during various projects or installations and the potential need to be on “on call” in the case of emergencies.
