This role focuses on this opportunity, by connecting the challenges faced by health plans to the opportunities presented by technology.
The Government Programs Strategic Marketing Executive focuses on demonstrating the value of mPulse Mobile's Conversational AI solutions for Medicaid and Medicare business lines. Working as part of mPulse's fast-paced Marketing Team the role will use industry expertise to define the member engagement challenges impacting Medicaid and Medicare Plans, and demonstrate the impact of mPulse's Solutions on plan operations and outcomes.
The role requires an expert knowledge of health plan operations focusing on member communications and engagement. The individual will understand the regulatory environment for member engagement as well as key plan performance measures such as quality reporting (HEDIS, Star Ratings and CAHPS), member satisfaction and member retention or re-enrollment. It is also important the individual understands key operational processes including engaging with state regulators, and the prioritization and management of member engagement programs at the Plan level including the roles of key departmental stakeholders. The Government Programs Strategic Marketing Executive will leverage their expertise to support the go-to-market development of mPulse mobile's health activation solutions which includes development of solution positioning materials, marketing assets (including thought leadership white papers, blogs and content to support demand generation activities). The individual will also support discussions with customers and prospects, and collaborate cross-functionally to continually improve the design and effectiveness of our Conversational AI health activation solutions.
The individual must value the opportunity to translate their professional experience gained working in health plans (or an associated areas) to a face-paced start-up environment. They will continually advance their healthcare expertise by researching government and state guidelines for healthcare quality and performance, following industry news and trends, and by collaborating with mPulse's customer partners. The individual must be effective at translating their expertise into key insights for mPulse's solution positioning and impactful marketing assets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as well as a self-starter attitude with high levels of commitment and accountability as the position is offered as a remote role.
