Job Description: Megasys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to joint our product support and implementation teams. This is a dual-department position. The successful candidate will provide advanced first level remote support and training to end users of our Financial Software applications via telephone, email, fax and online web conferencing. Have an unwavering commitment to customer service with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. Work closely with staff, second level support, supervisory personnel, and software developers to identify, research and resolve advanced technical issues. Candidate will also work with staff on implementing new customers by performing software setups. Track and document all communications (internal and external) and services for Megasys customers.
Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelorâs degree in Information Systems or Finance, and/or has had equivalent experience. Must be familiar with Accounting concepts and Finance principals. Experience with loan servicing systems is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills, detail oriented documentation, and familiar with Linux/Windows environments is required. A strong grasp of database and programming concepts is preferred.

Â· Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Â· Some overtime required.
Â· Familiarity with cloud based or Windows environments.
Â· Possess trouble shooting/problem solving skills
Compensation: Base pay rate is $40,000 - 42,000 per year DOE. Megasys Inc. also provides paid healthcare (medical, dental and vision) and a 401k retirement savings program.
