Equal Rights Advocates is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Development Assistant to join our growing and dynamic Development team.The Assistant plays an extremely important role by 1) coordinating department operations, systems, and events, 2) managing the CRM and data integrity, 3) and manipulating data and conducting research to produce meaningful reports for the leadership team. This role will assist the Development Director with administrative tasks, and coordinate select department projects, most notably working cross departmentally and with external stakeholders to help produce the organization’s gala annual spring luncheon.
Serve on internal Event committee to help with planning and execution of annual Gala Luncheon
Assists with event logistics including: budgets, production timelines, vendor sourcing, catering, programs (speakers, presentations, run-of-show), technical and operational aspects, guest lists, registration sign-in, set up, and clean up
