The Corporations and Charities Division is instrumental in Washington s business and nonprofit community. Information available in public records about registered corporations and charities can now be searched online. Additionally, the Corporations Division registers trademarks for use in Washington, administers the Apostilles Program to authenticate notarized documents for international use, and administers the Domestic Partnership Program.Customer Service Specialist 2Full-time, PermanentThe OSOS Corporations and Charities Division is seeking to fill a Customer Service Specialist 2 position, which reports to a Customer Service Specialist 4. This position is responsible for providing high quality customer service by phone, chat, mail, email, or in person, reviewing corporate and charitable registration documents for compliance with state statutes and regulations, and updating and maintaining electronic files and program database. This position also provides information about registered entities to the public, potential donors, government entities, and law enforcement agencies.
Assists customers by phone, chat, mail, email, or in person in reviewing and processing various filings for corporations (for-profit and non-profit), charities, and professional fundraisers, and other types of legal documents.
