The Customer Care Representative will join our care team and help with the customer’s overall experience during their journey starting with onboarding in addition to the following:Core Responsibilities:
Support effective onboarding of all new customers
Proactively monitor data and reach out to customers to encourage quick onboarding
Collaborate with our marketing team with campaigns to increase adoption such as usage contest, newsletter, webinar and customer community
Respond to voice of customers inquiries and advocates internally on their behalf
Help our customer service team with cases during busy season
Minimum 3 years experience in technical customer service highly preferred
Superb communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), web browser technologies, network technologies, SQL, Excel
Strong knowledge of technical issue reproduction and reporting
Education or EdTech experience preferred
The Customer Success Team at Lexia collaborates with customers to help them reach their desired outcome. We partner with K-12 Administrators and Educators to implement Lexia Learning solutions with fidelity and ensure optimal student outcomes.
