The purpose of the Client Development Associate is to acquire new accounts and directly increase the number of people participating in the Dale Carnegie Leadership Experience.
Key Outcomes for Success in the Position:
Priority 1: Initiate at least 5 new Dale Carnegie Leadership Experience clients in first full year for a minimum of $25,000 in that offering. Close at least 15 Dale Carnegie Leadership Experiences by August 31, 2020.
Priority 2: Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of at least $200,000 by the end of their first full year. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of at least $400,000 by August 31, 2020.
Priority 3: Open up new client accounts by averaging 4 meetings/week after the first 60 days.
