Job Title: Administrative Support
Reports to: Accounting Controller
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
To provide support for various departments and help with general administrative tasks for the office. Requires high level of energy, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and duties of different importance, and multi-tasking abilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities –
General Office Duties:
Education and Experience
Good interpersonal communication skills – to include customer service and interoffice/department interaction. Ability to effectively communicate in a variety of manners, both written and verbal.Physical Environment
Employee must lift and carry up to 30 lbs, sit for extended periods of time classifying documents and keyboarding, stand, walk, reach above head for files, grasp, handle and perform finger operations. Must operate normal office equipment such as phone, computer, fax machine and copy machine.Work Environment
Normal office environment. Employee travel will be minimal.
